1. 不透明度

物体が光を透過させない、またはほとんど透過させない性質を指します。グラフィックデザインや物理学などの分野でよく使われます。

The high opacity of the paint made it difficult to see the original color underneath. (塗料の高い不透明度により、下の元の色を見ることが困難でした。)
