1. 議論の余地がある、未解決の

まだ決定されておらず、議論や検討が必要な事柄、または理論上のもので実際には解決できない状況を指します。

Whether the dress is blue or gold is a moot point. (そのドレスが青か金かという問題は、議論の余地がある点です。)
