1. 傾いて、ゆがんで、斜めに

何かが本来あるべきまっすぐな状態や正しい位置から、横に傾いたり、ゆがんだりしている様子を表します。

The picture on the wall was hung slightly awry. (壁の絵が少し傾いてかけられていた。)
