1. 長く、激しく、痛烈な批判や非難のスピーチまたは文章。

ある人や物事に対して、怒りや不満を募らせて、一方的に浴びせかけるような、長くて辛辣な言葉による攻撃や批判を指します。公共の場や出版物などで見られることが多いです。
