1. 写真製版技術の一つで、銅版に感光性ゼラチン組織を焼き付け、エッチングして高品位な画像を作成する技法。

写真の連続階調を忠実に再現できる、主に美術印刷で用いられる高品質な印刷技法です。銅版に画像を彫り込み、インクを詰めて紙に転写します。
