1. 実行が不可能であること、または禁止されていること。

ある行動や計画が、何らかの理由で進められない、または進めるべきではない状況を指します。安全上の問題や規則、技術的な制約などにより、文字通り「行ってはいけない」状態です。

The project is a no-go due to budget cuts. (そのプロジェクトは予算削減のため中止です。)
