1. T細胞（Tさいぼう）は、リンパ球の一種で、細胞性免疫の中心的な役割を果たす白血球です。

T細胞は、ウイルスに感染した細胞やがん細胞など、特定の標的を認識して破壊する能力を持つ免疫細胞です。胸腺で成熟するため「T」と名付けられました。免疫応答の調節や実行において非常に重要な役割を担っています。
