1. 複数の人や団体が特定の事柄について同意した結果や取り決め。

人々や組織の間で、ある問題や計画に関して意見が一致し、それが公式に確認された状態や、その結果として結ばれる文書（契約や協定など）を指します。お互いの義務や権利を明確にする目的で用いられます。
