1. 従業員が時間外労働の代わりとして取得する有給休暇のこと。

通常、時間外労働を行った際に、その分の賃金ではなく、同等の時間数の有給休暇として与えられる制度を指します。アメリカ英語では「compensatory time off」の略として使われることが多いです。
