1. 意見や計画、決定などについて、複数の人が一致した合意に達すること。

複数の人が話し合い、ある事柄について同じ考えや決定を持つに至る様子を表します。交渉や議論の末に、互いが納得する形で結論を出す際に使われます。

They finally agreed on the price of the house. (彼らはついにその家の価格について合意しました。)
