1. 組織や集団、または個人の精神的な状態や意欲。

チームや組織、または個人のモチベーション、元気さ、困難に立ち向かう精神力などを指します。特に、共通の目標に向かう集団の意欲や、逆境における個人の精神的な持ちこたえを表現する際によく使われます。
