1. 血液中の細胞成分（赤血球、白血球、血小板）の種類と数、およびヘモグロビン量などを測定する基本的な血液検査。

全身の健康状態や様々な疾患の有無を評価するために行われる一般的な血液検査です。貧血、感染症、炎症、血液疾患などの診断やモニタリングに用いられます。
