1. 肺胸膜炎（きょうまくえん）。肺と胸腔の内壁を覆う膜の炎症。

肺の表面と胸腔の内側を覆う薄い二層の膜である胸膜が炎症を起こす医学的状態を指します。通常、胸痛や呼吸困難を伴います。
