1. 賛成意見または反対意見、あるいはそれらとは異なる理由での合意を述べる裁判官の意見。

裁判官が、多数意見の結論には同意するものの、その理由付けには同意しない場合に記述する意見のこと。反対意見とは異なり、判決の結果には賛成しています。
