1. 注文はされているが、在庫がないためすぐには発送できない状態。

商品が顧客から注文されたにもかかわらず、手元の在庫が不足しているために、すぐに発送できず、入荷を待っている状態を指します。これにより、商品の顧客への到着が遅れることになります。
