1. 小艦隊、小船隊。特に小型のボートや船が多数集まって行動している状態。

軍用か民間用かを問わず、比較的小さな船やボートがまとまって航行している状態を指します。お祭りやデモンストレーション、移動の際に集まる様子によく使われます。
