1. 製品やサービスが特定の基準や要件を満たしていることを保証するための体系的なプロセス。

製品やサービスが定められた品質基準や顧客の期待に沿っていることを確認し、維持するための、計画的かつ体系的な活動全体を指します。「QA」はその略語です。
