1. 長い板の中央を支点とし、両端に座った人が交互に上下に動かす遊具。

公園や遊び場にある、長い板の中央が支えられていて、両側に座った人が交互に地面を蹴ることで板が上下に揺れる遊具です。子供たちが体重移動や協調性を使って楽しむ遊びです。
