1. 企業や組織が年に一度開催する定例の公式会議。

会社や組織が、年に一度、株主や会員を招集して、前年度の事業報告、財務状況の承認、役員の選任・解任、今後の事業計画などに関する重要な議案を審議・承認するための公式な会議です。略称のAGMはビジネスや金融の分野で広く使われています。
