主にプロジェクトや組織の戦略的な方向性、目標、主要な決定事項などを監督し、導く役割を担う上位の委員会を指します。進行状況のレビューやリソース配分の承認なども行います。プロジェクトの成功において非常に重要な役割を果たします。
