1. 政治的、社会的、宗教的目的のために、攻撃的または暴力的な手段を用いる人々。武装闘争を行う者。

強い信念に基づいて特定の目的を達成しようとし、平和的な手段だけでなく、時には武力や暴力的な行動も辞さない人々を指します。武装集団の構成員や過激派の活動家などがこれに該当します。
