1. 陰極（いんきょく）。電流が物体から離れる電極。

電流が回路から物体へ流れるときの電極を指し、特に電気化学や電子工学の分野で用いられます。一般的には負極を指すことが多いですが、文脈によっては陽極を指すこともあります。
